IBM AI Product Discovery

The executive leadership team at IBM wanted to build a digital experience to better guide their partners, customers, prospective customers, and employees through their existing multiple web properties. Using Watson AI as a recommendation engine for personalization and building a community ecosystem for user advocacy, this product was to become a business development portal to help IBM business partners produce more sales on IBM technology.

Smarter Workforce Digital Experience

An interactive storytelling persona-based experience sharing the challenges and solutions for varying roles in creating a smarter workforce with smarter HR solutions. Results provided within the tool and PDFs were downloaded as gated content. This yielded a phenomenal 6 fold increase in lead generation for this business unit.
